Over the past 15 years or so, we have seen a rapidly growing need for a new kind of communication agency, one that fills the expanding gaps between traditional communication channels and your stakeholders. So in 2004, we invented BlueC Studio.

Our specialty is long-form, narrowband communication campaigns that target the messaging/information/learning needs of very specific audiences, and use their
preferred media.

Long-form communication includes comprehensive messaging across multiple media, over an extended period. It is usually part of a campaign that tells the complete story, in contrast to an advertising sound bite or a press release (which might, in fact, be part of a long-form campaign).

Long form messaging is crucial to producing desired changes in organizational behavior and culture, management practices, customer expectations, and so on.

Narrowband messaging targets and addresses the unique, clearly articulated information needs of very specific audiences. For example:

Your sales team needs to be prepared for a new product launch.
New employees from a recent merger need to adjust to your operations and culture.
Customers and prospects don't understand your unique value proposition.

Wideband communication, on the other hand — like advertising and PR — typically addresses the more general needs of a subscriber base or industrial segment.
